Creating Local Supply Chains

Meet the Buyer is our in-person event programme, designed to open real doors, and develop local supply chains.

We create events that bring together one of our partners with businesses that offer the services they need, to create new contract opportunities right here, in Gloucestershire.

For Gloucestershire SMEs: This is not a standard networking event. We deliver meaningful access to procurement teams, insights into their supply chain priorities, and the knowledge to position your business as a credible partner. This is your chance to be their new supplier.

For procurement teams: This is a face to face opportunity to connect with local businesses, shorten your supply chain, and meet the businesses you actively need to meet. These events are focussed, effective, and make a meaningful impact on your social value and procurement.

“We have not been involved in anything quite like this, ever before. I was involved in another region in something similar, but without the filter, and it was not successful.

Working with Together Gloucestershire has really been worthwhile because it has already made sure the companies fit our criteria and are relevant.”

Anna Wilson

Head of Liveable Places and Contract Director for Gloucestershire County Council, WSP
